The opening of PHASE 1!

According to the news it looks like we are on the winning side in the battle against COVID-19. Will this be the beginning of " Back to Normal "? Let’s hope so.  Tomorrow we are allowed to sit on a terrace, not with that many as we were used too, but more than today.
We are allowed to drive in our car in the whole province, and we can even take passengers. Are we going to the city? We might try it the upcoming days, but the idea we can, give us back a little of the feeling, of enjoying the good life we had in Spain, in the pre COVID-19 days.

After the renovation

  yes, we did our best, but now they are on the roof, our solar panels.  The bathroom has also been renovated in between, so it was time to get out for a while.  Not too far, just a walk in nature and then also shoot a heron. Not really, of course, so no gun was involved, but with a camera.  Oh yes, and we will also go to a sunny country this year when it winters here, but more about that later. Gifts, gifts.

  Apparently we are now in a period where we give a lot of presents. The period in which we received a lot of presents seems to be behind us.  Not that it's a bad thing, rather the opposite. So it turns out to be true, for us at least, that giving is better than taking.  The presents are for the little ones, the children. Wonderful to see how happy they can be, how intensely they enjoy unpacking and the surprise when the gift is unwrapped in front of them. The absolute highlight appears to be the permission to bring a present when it is time to go to sleep. Stay healthy and optimistic, the world can't do without it!
