Life continues, just as CO . . .



We are now in the sunny country but, to be honest, we do follow the news from the low country. Acquaintances and friends still live there and in a few months we too will have to exchange the sunny land for the low land. COVID is not (yet) so dominant here in the sunny land, but protective measures can also be seen here, for example through the mouth caps, but the number of infections is significantly lower here. 
Strange, as we seen more protective measures here compared to the lower country.


Not that much COVID is nice for us and also for the inhabitants of the sunny country, although less nice for the inhabitants of the lowlands.


Stay healthy and optimistic, the world still needs it and us!

  What we’re doing in the Low Lands? Just living with its troubles and happy moments. And of course enjoying the weather when it’s fine. Long walks in the forests, enjoying a drink and a meal afterwards, then life is good. Anyway for us that is. Of course we take a camera with us and I’m happy to join the results. Fair from above.

I've probably mentioned it before, but I have a soft spot for the fair. The colours, the sounds, the smells, everything, I don't know what it is about, but fair, yes, I love that.  Not to sit in the bumper cars, not to eat cotton candy, but just to stroll around the fair, that's what it's all about for me.  And today I got the chance to view the fair from above.  So enjoy! Stay happy and healthy and enjoy the nice things in life.

The Carnaval is over

The carnival is over. . . And because we like it and are still in the Low Country, we celebrate it, so on to Maastricht. And how busy it was, much busier than expected because the weather was not good.  But Carnival in the rain remains, maybe a little wetter than planned Carnival.
