Loulé, Loulé, la la la

 I can't help it, but I still have a soft spot for carnival. 

I come from that part of the country where carnival is instilled in you with your mother's milk, so that can be seen as a mitigating circumstance.

 So now that we are in a sunny southern country and there was carnival here too, we had to go and it was worth it to experience the colours, the joy, the music, all.

Loulé, Loulé, la la la






Stay optimistic, happy and healthy as long as possible but at least till the end.

Caminito del Rey

Before the Corona troubles we visited and walked through the Caminito del Rey. Despite my serious back troubles I managed to take some photos. Nature

  What we’re doing in the Low Lands? Just living with its troubles and happy moments. And of course enjoying the weather when it’s fine. Long walks in the forests, enjoying a drink and a meal afterwards, then life is good. Anyway for us that is. Of course we take a camera with us and I’m happy to join the results. Please keep in mind that I’m not a nature or wildlife photographer and that I like to walk as light as possible. So, no big camera, no enormous lenses, no tripod. Instead a small camera and a not so expensive zoom lens.  But no longer talking, here are the results  . .  Stay healthy and optimistic, it’s good for all of us.
