Stormy weather.

The wind that blows through the trees, or even blows over. 

Rain that hits the windows. 

Water that blows over the dike. 

High waves.

That is stormy weather and yes, they have that here too and we were allowed to experience it.

Sometimes we liked it and sometimes, mostly when we were wet, we didn't like it that much. 

It shows nature's power and how little we can do about it, so better enjoy it.






Stay happy and healthy and optimistic because the world seems to need it now more than ever.

  What we’re doing in the Low Lands? Just living with its troubles and happy moments. And of course enjoying the weather when it’s fine. Caminito del Rey

Before the Corona troubles we visited and walked through the Caminito del Rey. Despite my serious back troubles I managed to take some photos. The Carnaval is over

The carnival is over. . . And because we like it and are still in the Low Country, we celebrate it, so on to Maastricht. And how busy it was, much busier than expected because the weather was not good.  But Carnival in the rain remains, maybe a little wetter than planned Carnival.
